近年来,因一些国家未能履行《巴黎协定》下的减排承诺,气候领域开始将减少温室气体排放、控制全球气候变暖的努力转移到非二氧化碳气体上。甲烷是一种强效温室气体,是仅次于二氧化碳的第二大环境污染物。中国已加入减少甲烷的全球行动中,但正如俗话所说,细节决定成败。

煤矿排放

我国能源行业的甲烷排放主要来源于煤炭行业。根据我国最新发布的《国家温室气体清单》,2018年,中国的甲烷排放量约为6411万吨。其中42%的排放来自能源系统——39%来自煤矿,3%来自石油和天然气。这与发达国家的情况截然相反:中欧美国家,油气行业是甲烷排放的主要源头。
